Do I need to be home for you to clean my place?

As long as we have access to the property and to water taps. All you need to do is make sure all windows are closed and everything that you don't want to get wet put away e.g. the washing.

Will it damage my plants and is it safe for my animals and children?

It wont damage your plants and Yes safe for animals and children, Our chemical dilution rates will safeguard your plants and we also do a rinse of all plants that have been wet after the clean is complete.

Our cleaning chemicals are safe around your children and pets. We use the same chemicals and processes to clean our own home and we have both small children and animals.

Will you match a competitors price?

Yes and No ¦sometimes, 

We often can, so please do ask, however keep in mind you often 'get what you pay for' and there are many 'fly by night' water blasting companies with cheap gear and little experience. These companies never last very long and we have seen many come and go over the years. 

We pride ourselves in our work and will always treat your home as if it was our own, to provide the best service sometimes costs more both in time and materials/chemicals and we have invested hugely in the latest and best gear available so sometimes a price match wont be possible.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, absolutely. If you are not happy with the job done we will come back and fix it, if you are for some reason still not satisfied and we can not fix it to your satisfaction we will refund.

Are you insured in case something goes wrong?

Yes, We have comprehensive liability insurance over a million dollars. 

Please always make sure any tradesmen you use are insured.
